PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve storability and uniformity of a foam cell to provide sufficient adhesive strength by specifying a structure of epoxy-group containing olefin resin. SOLUTION: Epoxy-group containing polyolefin resin has a structure represented by equation I (where, l and m are repeating unit number). Foam filler contains 3-30 pts.wt. of thermally active curing agent for epoxy resin, 0.5-15 pts.wt. of thermal-decomposition-type organic foaming agent, and 50-200 pts.wt. of inorganic filler for 100 pts.wt. of mixture of the epoxy-group containing polyolefin resin with bisphenol-A-type epoxy resin. An example of the epoxy resin derived form the bisphenol-A is represented by equation II (where, (n) is a number more than 0, and average value is less than 1), it is preferable to be a liquid at an ordinary temperature. As the thermally active curing agent, dicyandiamide is used. As this thermal-decomposition-type organic forming agent, sulfohydrazide compound is used.
