PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reinforced structure of the pillar lower part of an automobile which can improve bearing force against impact force by raising sectional rigidity in side impact. SOLUTION: In the reinforced structure of the pillar lower part of an automobile in which the lower end part 8a of a pillar reinforcement 8 extending in the vertical direction of a vehicle body is overlapped on the outer face of a locker reinforcement 7 joining together a locker outer reinforcement 7a and a locker inner reinforcement 7b extending in the longitudinal direction of the body so as to form into rectangular closed section, and the overlapped part of the pillar reinforcement 8 and the locker outer reinforcement 7a is spot- welded from the working opening 10 formed on the locker inner reinforcement 7b, a bulkhead 13 is arranged on the part facing to the working opening 10 in the locker reinforcement 7 so as to overlap with the overlapped part of the locker outer reinforcement 7a and the pillar reinforcement 8, and it is spot- welded.
