PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject filter capable of making increased contact chances with a target substance to be treated by three-dimensionally combining a plurality of specific plate-like photocatalyst filters in a state inclined to the transmission direction of a fluid. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional photocatalyst filter 1 is obtained by three-dimensionally combining a plurality of fluid-transmissible plate-like photocatalyst filters 2 in a state inclined to a fluid-transmitting direction. A target substance to be treated is introduced in the long side direction (shown with the arrow F). The plate-like photocatalyst filters 2 are preferably inclined at least in a monoaxial direction and in the same direction. The three- dimensional photocatalyst filter 1 is preferably applied, for example, to a filter which is a photocatalyst function, has an efficient transmission contact performance, and is attached to a treating system of an equipment for decomposing organic compounds and inorganic gases contained in a fluid such as a gas or a liquid due to its photocatalyst function and for purifying the fluid.
