PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a walker to do shopping as well as walk training and to go out in the wind and rain by providing a storage basket and a horizontally rotatable and vertically foldable chair, and fitting a wind-rain cover frame to the upper part of an arm rest. SOLUTION: This road walk auxiliary apparatus is provided with a rotating support 14 surrounding the outer periphery of a front column pipe 15; a mount 17 connected to the rotating support 14; and a rotary folding chair 19 fitted to the mount 17 by a hinge 18 so as to be rotatable in horizontal and vertical directions. A shopping basket 20 is fitted to the front column pipe 15, and a lower U-shape frame 13 and an upper U-shape frame 22 are provided between the front column pipe 15 and a rear column pipe 16. A front insert pipe 30 and a rear insert pipe 32 are fitted in a height adjustable manner to the front column pipe 15 and the rear column pipe 16, and an arm rest 31 of U-shape is provided between both insert pipes 30, 32 so that both forearm parts of a walker 40 can be placed thereon. In addition, a wind-rain cover frame is fittable to the arm rest 31. The walker can therefore go out and do shopping even in the wind and rain. |
