PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize a pay-out request by entrance to a winning area and to surely pay out the stipulated number of gift balls corresponding to the entrance to the winning area. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with plural winning areas 14 and 15 where the pay-out number of gift balls is different, winning detection means 29-34 for individually detecting the entrance to respective winning ports 14 and 15, a winning ball discharge gutter for gathering the winning balls of the respective winning ports 14 and 15 on the back side of a game panel and discharging them to the outside, a pay-out request storage means 60 for storing the pay-out request of the gift balls by the entrance to the respective winning ports 14 and 15 and a gift ball pay-out means 39 for paying out the gift balls for a number corresponding to the pay-out request from the pay-out request storage means 60. Storage means 62 and 63 for respective kinds for storing the pay-out request for the respective kinds of the pay-out number when the entrance to the respective winning ports 14 and 15 is present are provided in the pay-out request storage means 60.
