PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle for a beat which can prevent the buckle for a belt from tilting and a belt connected to the buckle for a belt from being twisted. SOLUTION: A female member 100 has a female part coupling member 101 having a recessed part 102 for receiving a male member 200 and a pair of elastic claw parts 103 for releasing the connecting state to the male member 200 received in the recessed part 102. The belt 10 is connected to a second belt connecting member 150 provided with a connecting opening part 151, and the second belt connecting member 150 is fixed to a rotating shaft 110 provided on the female part coupling member 101 so as to be rotated by a C-shaped stop ring.
