PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover at a low cost by decreasing the number of sewing places in sewing a seat cover for covering the backrest part of a seat where a headrest is installed, and dispensing with special sewing for a stay insert hole of the headrest. SOLUTION: A cover body 12 having a front covering part 16, an upper surface covering part 17, a back covering part 18 and side covering parts 19, 20 is formed from one sheet of a cloth piece by sewing. A stay insert part of a headrest formed by a mesh-like part 14 integrally sewn on the cloth piece 13 is formed on the upper surface covering part 17. The cover body 12 has an upper sewing part 21 for respectively sewing the upper edges of both side surface covering parts 19, 20 and both outer side edges of the upper surface covering part 17, and a side sewing part 22 where both outer side edges of both side surface covering parts 19, 20 and both outer side edges of the back covering part 18 or the front covering part 16 are respectively sewn.
