PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixing moss for horticulture capable of suppressing weed germination, preventing quick ground in a slope land caused by rain water and propagating in a wide range and excellent in negotiable marketability. SOLUTION: This fixing moss for horticulture is provided by bringing leaped stems 2 and leaves 3 of a living moss to small fragments and holding the small fragments between water-adjusted sheets 7, 8 of water-resistant paper with the living moss or one or plural combinations of the living moss with Kanuma tsuchi, sandy fermented soil, rearing fermented soil and/or humificated bark. The germination is brought to be uniform by fixing the moss by holding the small fragments of the moss between sheets 7, 8 of water-resistant paper.
