PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device preventing leakage of a lubricant even in the time of high velocity revolution and pressure variation. SOLUTION: An outside thrust dynamic pressure groove 5 generates pressure in the direction conveying a lubricant 11 outward from an upper shaft part 2A side. Thereby, the lubricant 11 is conveyed from the upper shaft part 2A to a step part 10A of a sleeve 10. Two sets of radial dynamic pressure grooves 3A, 3B respectively generate pressure conveying the lubricant 11 in the axial direction mutually toward the other dynamic pressure generating groove sides, to prevent the lubricant 11 from leaking out of the bearing.
