PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member excellent in working efficiency and fixing strength by fitting a large number of surface fasteners having a large number of locking projections to lock a water-impermeable sheet along the longitudinal direction of a strip body with intervals. SOLUTION: In a strip body 1, a plurality of surface fasteners 2 are fitted on one surface of the strip body 1 along the longitudinal direction with specified intervals. The material of the strip body 1 is formed of a metal, and the surface fasteners 2 are folded to hold the strip body 1 to be formed in a horizontal H-shape. The surface fasteners may be fixed using an adhesive, etc., or fitted at an execution site. Fixing members A of appropriate number are arranged on an execution wall of the primary lining concrete so that locking projections 2a are on the placement side of the secondary lining concrete, and fixed using concrete nails, etc. After the projections are fitted in an appropriate range, a waterproof sheet is developed and pressed against the locking projections 2a and engaged therewith. Appropriate parts can be pressed during the engagement, and the working efficiency and the fixing strength can be made excellent.
