ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, ADHESIVE SHEET, AND BONDED STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition suited for bonding an article to a surface plated by a plating process such as the molten zinc plating process. SOLUTION: There are provided an adhesive composition containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer containing substantially no carboxyl groups in the molecule and an aromatic compound, wherein the aromatic compound is an aromatic carboxylic acid compound; an adhesive sheet consisting of a support and an adhesive layer disposed on either major surface of the support, wherein the adhesive layer comprising the above adhesive composition; and a bonded structure consisting of (a) an adherend having a metallic surface and (b) the above adhesive sheet bonded to the metallic surface through the above adhesive layer.
