PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new polynucleotide for treatment, diagnosis or the like for infectious disease, cancer, hypertension, myocardial infarction or the like which shows high homology over the whole length to the nucleic acid sequence that codes for the 7TM receptor polypeptide containing a specific amino acid sequence. SOLUTION: This polynucleotide is an isolated new polynucleotide which contains the nucleotide sequence showing at least 80% homology over the whole length to the nucleotide sequence that codes for the new 7TM receptor (H2CAA71) polypeptide of the formula or the nucleotide sequence complementary to this isolated polynucleotide and is useful in the treatment, the diagnosis or the like for infectious disease, ache, cancer, cibophobia, bulimia, asthma, Parkinson's disease, acute cardiac disease, hypotension, hypertension, ischuria, osteoporosis, stenocardia, myocardial infarction, ulcer, allergy, benign prostatomegaly, psychosis or the like. This polynucleotide is obtained by carrying out expression sequence tag analysis from the cDNA library derived from human placenta cell by the use of standard cloning and screening. |
