PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting device which enables a care worker to help a user handicapped in the lower limb function stand up, move and sit down without belting the user. SOLUTION: An upper body receiving part 12 on which a user's upper body is put, and a grip 14 for the user sitting on the upper body receiving part 12 to grasp are attached at the top of the elevating member 8 of the elevating mechanism B of this device. The elevating mechanism B is moved up/down by operating a switch 13. The user's body with his/her upper body on the upper body receiving part 12 can thus be moved from the standing position to the sitting position or from the sitting position to the standing position. |
