PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial elbow joint having excellent functionality in both of bending and swiveling. SOLUTION: This artificial elbow joint consists of a humeral component 10 which is loaded at the distal end of the humerus and has a projecting shape and an ulna component 12 which is loaded at the proximal end of the ulna, has a recessed shape and fits to the humeral component 10. At least part of the ulna component 12 is extended to the radial side to form an extension part 12c. The radius component 14 loaded at the proximal end of the radius is movably and pivotally supported at the extension part 12c.
