PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the sliding properties of a person and to improve snow sliding properties by making a kind of wax be impregnated with silica, adding a kind of coating to this, and deciding the surface roughness of a resin-coated layer in a specified range. SOLUTION: A resin-coated metal substrate forms a resin-coated layer containing a kind of wax to be impregnated with silica, a polyester resin-coated layer and/or an oil-modified alkyd resin at least on one side of a metal plate. When the surface of the wax is coated with hard silica, since the lubricity of the wax is controlled, the sliding properties of a person can be controlled. Besides, by making the maximum surface roughness (Rmax) of the resin-coated layer 5-20μm, water membrane of a thickness equal to or exceeding the maximum surface roughness of the resin-coated layer is formed early so that snow can be dropped early and naturally. Moreover, by applying chemical treatment and/or primer treatment to the metal plate to be used as the substrate of these, the adhesion to a resin coating film can be improved. |
