PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient strength and to suppress cost and weight in a slide rail structure for a power seat. SOLUTION: This slide rail structure for power seat is provided on a slide rail 5 with a load transmission means 11 engaged to support load in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle when an upper rail 5A and a lower rail 5B are relatively moved by load input in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle at the time of a collision or acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle. There is therefore no need to take a reinforcing countermeasure such as thickening plate thickness and enlarging the diameter of a lead screw 8 to prevent deformation, and weight can be reduced, being advantageous in cost. Moreover, collision load can be transmitted by the load transmitting means 11, so that input to a gear box 7 of a driving part 9 can be reduced. The gear box 7 can therefore be miniaturized so as to be further advantageous from the viewpoint of both weight reduction and cost.
