PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate flow amount of delivery over a total range, when a pump is driven, and facilitate adjustment of the flow amount, in the pump of relatively small flow amount. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 28 is mounted in one end of a plunger 20 moved by a solenoid 2. This plunger 20 is energized to a diaphragm side by a spring 21. A spring receiver-cum-stopper 8 receiving this energizing spring 21 is arranged in an opposite diaphragm side, and the top dead center of the plunger 20 is regulated by this spring receiver-cum-stopper 8. In this way, a prescribed flow amount of delivery is obtained by fixedly holding a stroke. The spring receiver-cum-stopper 8 can be displaced.
