PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing machine in which amounts of ink uselessly discarded in accordance with change in printing order and waste liquid generated in accordance with washing are controlled, and also recovery and washing work is performed in a short time. SOLUTION: A mounting plate 35 is freely movably provided in the upper part of an ink storage part A comparted between an ink transfer roll 17 and squeeze rollers 18. Two sets of ink-supplying/recovering devices 25 which selectively perform supply of flexographic ink to the ink storage part A or recovery of flexographic ink stored in the storage part A, are provided on the mounting plate 35. Flexographic ink is supplied to the ink storage part A by a first ink- supplying/recovering device 25 and also flexographic ink stored in the ink storage part A is recovered by a second ink-supplying/recovering device. Thereby, flexographic ink stored in the storage part A is held in a dynamic state.
