PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cutting of a mask and also prevent completely the generation of conductive foreign matters when a squeegee is slid on the mask used for screen printing and resin is fed on a material to be printed. SOLUTION: A screen printer is provided with a mask 7 overlapped on a material to be printed and having an opening window 7a formed on a position, on which printing is carried out, and a squeegee 8 sliding across the opening window 7a on the mask 7 and feeding viscous resin 5a fed on the mask 7 by the given shape and given amount from the opening window 7a on the section on which the material to be printed is printed, and a protective film 9 is formed on a face facing the squeegee 8 of the mask 7.
