PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection method for a ballast section through which the injection work can be easily carried out at an execution site and the execution time can be shortened and the maintenance work of a railway track can be greatly saved in labor and further the execution cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: Cement having a bimodal size distribution and a grouting material 14 composed of a mineral filler having a deformation modulus after curing not more than 2,000-50,000 kgf/cm2 are used as an injection material. The grouting material 14 loaded on a transferable plant 10 is kneaded and scattered while moving the freely traveling transferable plant 10 on rails 9 laid on sleepers 7 to infiltrate and fill the grouting material 14 into the underside of the sleepers or gaps among the ballast materials or both of them.
