FIELD: orthopedic stomatology; methods of formation of natural contour of soft tissues surrounding direct implant and individual healing cap used in direct implantation. SUBSTANCE: method consists in installation of healing cap onto implant introduced into jawbone until healing of implanted tissues; preliminarily imprint of tissues surrounding replaceable tooth; preparation of working model of implantation zone; making of individual implant and cap; introduction of implant simultaneously with cap installed thereon into zone of direct implantation. Cap 2 is secured to implant 1 with the help of healing and set screws 5 and 6. EFFECT: higher accuracy of restoration of natural contour of soft tissues round replaceable tooth in direct implantation. 4 cl, 2 dwg
