PURPOSE: To provide a centralized control apparatus for showcases and the like, capable of reducing time required for data communication processing between a main controller and each of system controllers and connecting more terminal side controllers to the system controllers. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer of a main controller 3 transmits only the specific data to system controllers 4 and requests the system controllers 4 to transmit necessary data. Microcomputers of the system controllers 4 transmit the data, which have been transmitted from the main controller 3, to terminal side controllers 6, collect data on operational conditions from the terminal side controllers 6 to store the collected data in RAMs, and organize only the necessary data selected from among the data stored in the RAMs to transmit them to the main controller 3 according to the request by the main controller 3, or voluntarily. |
