The specification describes an isolated antibody that can bind to; i).a native sequence human trkB or trkC polypeptide, ii).a polypeptide having at least 95% amino acid sequence identity with a native sequence human trkB or trkC polypeptide and is non-immunogenic in humans and iii).a functional fragment of a polypeptide of I) or ii) exhibiting a biological property of a native human trkB or trkC polypeptide and is non-immunogenic in humans.
