PRODUCTION OF CREASED WEB OF DOUBLE WALL

PURPOSE: A producing method of creased web of a double wall is provided to optimize the ratio of the strength of the derived corrugated cardboard to the weight of fiber and to improve the bending strength and the flat pulverizing strength on the basis of the equalized compound cardboard. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of:forming a first creased medium web(16) at a first single facer(11) and providing an initial one-faced web by adhering the first creased medium web to one face of an intermediate liner web; forming a second creased medium web(32) at a second single facer, respectively combining the first and the second creased medium webs to each face of the intermediate liner web by adhering the second creased medium web to the other face of the intermediate liner web and providing an intermediate one-faced web having exposed vertical groove front ends of both side of the intermediate one-faced web of the liner web; coating an adhesive agent to the exposed vertical groove front end of both sides of the intermediate one-faced web; and providing a double wall creased web by adhering a first and a second outer liner webs to the exposed vertical groove front end.
