PURPOSE: A release controlling composition and a silicon release coating composition are provided, which vaporization temperature is elevated and freezing point is lowered. CONSTITUTION: The release controlling composition comprises one or more alkenyl functional siloxanes, and one or more branched olefins represented by the formula 1, wherein the total number of carbons is at least 20, n and m are independently an integer of 0-20, and x, y and z are independently an integer of 1-12. The silicon release coating composition comprises one or more alkenyl functional polyorganosiloxanes containing at least two silicon-binding alkenyl group per molecule; one or more organohydrogensiloxanes containing at least two silicon-binding hydrogen group per molecule; a catalyst containing metals of platinum group; and the release controlling composition.
