PURPOSE: A control current source is provided to minimize a effect of a parasite capacitance of a power transistor. CONSTITUTION: The control current source comprises: (a)a control input unit receiving a control signal; (b)a output unit supplying a current with a value depending on the control signal value; (c)a power transistor with a base terminal, a transmission terminal and a bias terminal, in which the power transistor is connected in parallel and the transmission terminal is connected to the output unit; and (d)a control module with a output unit for supplying a turn on signal to the output unit and the power transistor which receive a control signal. In the device, a base terminal of the power transistor connected to the control module and the output unit supplies a current with a value depending on the control signal. The bias terminal is supplied a predetermined voltage potentially conducting the power transistor.
