PURPOSE: A coated glass controlling solar energy and a preparation method thereof are provided, which glass has visible light-transparency, absorbs NIR light, and reflects mid-infrared light. CONSTITUTION: The coated glass comprises a glass substrate (14); a NIR absorbing layer (12) comprising SnO2 containing a dopant selected from the group consisting of antimony, tungsten, vanadium, iron, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, cobalt, nickel and mixture thereof; and a low radiation layer (10) comprising SnO2 containing a dopant selected from the group consisting of fluorine and phosphorus. The coated glass is prepared by treating a glass substrate (14) with the first carrier gas comprising an oxygen source, H2O, an organic tin precursor and a dopant containing a metal selected from the group consisting of antimony, tungsten, vanadium, iron, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, cobalt and nickel; and then the second carrier gas comprising an oxygen source, H2O, an organic tin precursor and a dopant containing fluorine or phosphorus at a temperature more than 400°C. The coated glass is also prepared by treating a glass substrate with the first carrier gas comprising an oxygen source, H2O, a tin precursor and a dopant precursor containing antimony, tungsten, vanadium, iron, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, cobalt or nickel; and then the second carrier gas comprising an oxygen source, H2O, a tin precursor and a dopant precursor containing fluorine or phosphorus. |
