SHUTTLE CONTROL METHOD OF PRINTER

PURPOSE: A shuttle control method of a printer is provided to previously prevent the generation of a printing quality defect at changing many lines, and to prevent the reduction of printing speed at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The shuttle control method of the printer comprises steps of:checking the time except a printing formed by the shunting time of a hammer bank and the removing time of a shuttle device during the period so a paper transferring device as to perform a paper transfer over a certain amount; perform the compensating feedback control of the shunting time of the hammer bank previously established per the amount of paper transfer according to the variation of time except the printing about the paper transferring time by the paper transferring device; deferring a printing operation in a first half-period after a minimum return during the reciprocating process of the hammer bank, and starting the printing after the next half-period when the time except the printing is shorter than the paper transferring time of the paper transferring device.
