PURPOSE: The device is provided to decrease a inductance and an unbalance of current between the chips of power element and increase cooling performance. CONSTITUTION: The inverter unit which is composed of a plurality of one phase inverter unit and capable to acquire 3 level of alternating current output comprises a first to a fourth element package, a first and a second closure diode(5, 6) package and a clamp diode(9) package. The first to the fourth element package are that each power element is packaged. The first and the second closure diode package are that two natural point clamp diode package and a first to a fourth closure diode are packaged, respectively. The clamp diode package is that the clamp diodes are packaged. The first and the second closure diode package are located in series on one side well of the clamp diode package, a first to a fourth element package are located in series on outside well of the corresponding closure diode package.
