Paste for making confectionery contains 30-35 wt.% sugar, 18-23 wt.% milk powder, 12-17 wt.% soya flour, 9-14 wt.% baked pastry crumbs, 7-12 wt.% butter and 7-12 wt.% hardened vegetable fat and is coated with 8-35 wt.% coating substance. An Independent claim is also included for making the paste for confectionery with a high butter content.
