PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and manufacturing method thereof is provided, which to be converted to a positive/negative band by a conversion of a converting circuit within a semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor device comprises: a converting circuit (2) to be connected to an input terminal (a) and an input terminal (b) of an inner circuit (3) and for connecting an input pin (A) to the input terminal (a), connecting an input pin (B) to the input terminal (b), connecting the input pin (A) to the input terminal (b), and connecting the input pin (B) to the input terminal (a) according to a control signal inputted from the outer; and a conversion operation testing circuit (4) for comparing signals (intA, intB) outputted through the converting circuit (2) with a signal inputted from the input pin and testing as to whether the converting circuit (2) is accurately performed. Thereby, it is possible to decrease the number of test process when testing a pull function. |
