The invention relates to tetracyclo[6.6.2.0<2,7>.0<9,14>]hexadeca-2(7),3,5,9(14),10,12-hexaene derivatives of general formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen or a halogen atom and are the same or different, X is hydrogen and Y is a group -NR3R4 or a group -N<+>CH3R3R4 or X and Y together form a group CH2-NR5, and Z represents a -CH2-group or a C=NH-group.
