Implantable infusion pump with external electronic control comprises a base plate whose flanges are joined respectively to the housing shell, the medicament bellows, the antenna ring and the pump lid. The pump with a base plate (10), a housing shell (12), bellows (14) for medicament, an antenna ring (16), a lid (20), a flow control system (24), and a catheter connection (26) is characterized by the following facts: (a) the base plate (10) has an annular flange which is joined fluid-tight to the surrounding rim of the housing shell (12); (b) the base plate is joined fluid-tight to the bellows (14); (c) the upwardly pointing annular flange (10b) of the base plate is joined to the antenna ring (16); (d) it is also joined fluid-tight to the lid (20).
