The shrouding profile (1) to fit round a door has a guide opening (8), with a circular cross-section, to take a lamp (9) as an optic glass fiber cable. The shrouding profile (1) is of extruded aluminum or a transparent plastic. The lamp guide (8) has an opening (7) extending over the length of the shrouding profile (1), and of a narrower width than the guide (8). A seal is clipped into the shrouding profile (1) at its underside, between the shrouding and the doorstep.
