PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth and sand separation apparatus capable of reducing the generation of a low-frequency sound or low-frequency vibration. SOLUTION: An earth and soil separation apparatus is constituted by providing an earth and sand separation mechanism 20a having earth and sand separable screens 1a, 3a, 4a and a blind plate 2a attached thereto and an earth and sand separation mechanism 20b having earth and sand separable screens 1b, 3b, 4b and a blind plate 2b attached thereto on a foundation 29 in parallel. The rotary shafts 31a, 31b of the exciters 6a, 6b of the earth and sand separation mechanisms 20a, 20b are connected to a single rotary drive mechanism 26 through a connection mechanism 25 so as to vibrate the exciters 6a, 6b in the substantially same vibration frequency and in a reverse phase and the separation mechanisms 20a, 20b are integrally surrounded by a soundproof panel 28.
