PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove thoroughly fine silicon dust generated in stripping a label made of a silicon material. SOLUTION: For removing dust generated in stripping a label, an ion shower injection nozzle 27 is provided toward a label 15 forming an angle of 30 deg. relative to the label 15 near a label stripper 22 for stripping the label 15 from a base sheet 14. By ion shower injected from the ion shower injection nozzle 27, dust is blown off, and the dust blown off is sucked by a dust suction means. |
