PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce a development residue on a light shielding layer or on a transparent part of a substrate, after developing. SOLUTION: A color filter is constituted of a transparent substrate, a patterned light shielding layer formed on the transparent substrate and a patterned color pixel colored with plural colors and formed on the substrate except a part where the light shielding film is formed. Then, at least one color of the color pixel is a photosensitive coloring composition containing (A) a pigment, (B) a copolymer with (meth)acrylic acid as one of a monomer, (C) a photo-polymerizable monomer, (D) a photoinitiator and (F) a solvent and which is formed from the compound having an acid value of its nonvolatile components of 25-60 mg.KOH/g. After forming the color pixel, the reflectivity at a wave length of 380-780 nm of the light shielding part is not less than 95% of the reflectivity of the light shielding layer before coating the composition, and the transmissivity at the wave length of 380-780 nm of the transparent substrate part in a colored image is not less than 95% of the transmissivity of the transparent substrate before coating the composition. |
