PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support for image formation excellent in long-term stability to light and heat, light/dark stability, etc. SOLUTION: The image forming element has two or more polymer layers on one side of the substrate on which an image forming layer is carried and a hindered amine is contained in at least one of the polymer layers in such an amt. as to produce a stabilizing effect. The photographic element includes one or more layers contg. a silver halide and a dye forming coupler and further includes a base with two or more polymer layers on one side of the substrate on which the one or more silver halide emulsion layers are carried under the one or more dye forming layers and a hindered amine is contained in at least one of the polymer layers in such an amt. as to produce a stabilizing effect.
