PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hard to generate the stick without increasing the machining cost of each member extremely in a conical spring washer used in a friction mechanism. SOLUTION: A second conical spring washer 101 is a member for giving a repulsion force to both members by being arranged in a compressed state between flanges 64, 65 and bush 19 arranged side by side in the axial direction. The second conical spring washer 101 is provided with a ring shape plate main body and a fulcrum 105. The ring shape plate main body has a prescribed width in a radius direction. The fulcrum 105 is formed on the inner periphery part of the plate main body and supported to the flange 64 while projecting from the other part.
