PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both floatable clothing having excellent flexibility and excellent feeling of wearing regardless of using a closed-cell foam resin sheet as a main material and to provide a floatable sewed material. SOLUTION: This floatable clothing comprises a sewed material obtained by laminating plural closed-cell foam resin sheets 31 to give a laminate, piling a covering cloth 32 at least on one side of the laminate, quilting the laminate and the cloth 32 to give plural pattern pieces 1 and 1 composed of a multilayer quilting material 30 and connecting the pieces with a flexible connecting material 2. The sewed material is used as a lining fabric 10 and the outside of the lining fabric may be covered with a face side fabric 20 of knitted or woven fabric.
