PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reclaimed paper where large quantity of malt feed arisen from a beer brewery is effectively utilized by being mixed with waste paper pulp liquor, followed by being subjected to paper making. SOLUTION: This reclaimed paper is produced by throwing malt feed, which is formed by hardening strained lees of malt arisen from a beer brewery, into a kneader to sufficiently break up the malt feed into pieces and to dry it down to ca. 20 wt.% moisture content under a beating pressure so as to make it easy to be mixed with waste paper pulp and then by feeding the malt feed to a pulper to blend it in 5-35 wt.% content based on waste paper with waste paper pulp and to form the pulp liquor, followed by feeding it to a paper making machine to make reclaimed paper. |
