摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the attaching rigidity of a throttle body by improving the distribution of EGR gas to each combustion chamber and reducing costs. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an intake manifold 32 composed of a surge tank 28 and a plurality of branch pipes, a branch pipe side EGR passage boss 148 extended in a direction parallel to the plurality of branch pipes and provided integrally therewith, and a branch pipe side EGR passage machine-worked in the branch pipe side EGR passage boss having an EGR control valve attaching seat 150. A tank side EGR passage boss is provided to be extended from the branch pipe side EGR passage boss to reach the vicinity of the upper inner surface of the surge tank, and a tank side EGR passage 152 is formed by machine work in the tank side EGR passage boss. Further, an EGR gas outlet 166 is provided to oppose the upper inner surface in the tank side EGR passage, and a partition section is provided to direct EGR gas flowing out of the EGR gas outlet to the center of a tank chamber.
