PURPOSE:To prevent generation of difference in finished conditions by difference of power supply frequency in an automatic bread baking machine by thinning out half-cycles of AC energizing a motor at a specified ratio when the power supply frequency is 60Hz. CONSTITUTION:A control device for a motor 4 to drive kneading blades is provided with a power supply frequency detection circuit 18, and when a detected power supply frequency is 50Hz, energization to the motor 4 is set to be total power energization, while, when it is 60Hz, half-cycles of AC to be energizing the motor 4 are thinned out at a ratio of once for every six to ten of them. |
