PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable balance correction satisfactory in reproducibility and accuracy by reducing the weight of a balance correcting apparatus itself. SOLUTION: A traveling path 36, constituted of an annular space whose section is rectangular, is formed between the lower surface of a base part 34b of a turn table 34 as a first part member and an annular gutter 35 as a second part member. In the travel path 36, a plurality of spherical bodies 37 are accommodated movably in the radial direction and in the peripheral direction, thereby constituting a balance correcting apparatus 48. By using a first elastic body 43 and a second elastic body 44, the balance correcting apparatus 48 is supported swingably in the radial direction. Due to the effect of both the elastic bodies 43, 44 and the frictional force due to a first and a second sliders 45, 46, the balance correcting apparatus 48 is so supported that it rotates interlocked with a motor.
