PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture without dislocation during assembly work, and maintain physically excellent and reliable sealing performance. SOLUTION: In a cover with a gasket wherein a gasket 3 is attached to a cover body 1 to seal the internal part of a box-form body 2 and an annular gasket 3 arranged on the back being the body side of the cover body 1 forms a mounting part 4 exposed to the surface of the cover body 1 at a plurality of parts, the mounting part 4 is coupled to the gasket 3 through a pair of first and second mounting holes 5A and 5B, approaching each other in the cover body 1.
