PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device which improves safety for always keeping a regular massage pressure even when a shape, a size, a thickness or the like are changed, of which massage member disposed at a section for pressing massages holding an affected part, and which can humanly massage the affected part by supplying a desired pressing force by a user. SOLUTION: A pair of swivel rings 2 having massage balls 3 respectively arranged at one end of the swivel rings 2 are axially attached to a massage device main body 1 having a hold section 1b. Both ends of expandable bellows are axially attached to another ends of the swivel rings 2. When the expandable bellows are expanded and inflated by supplying/discharging a compressed air supplied from a compressed air supply source 6, massage can be practiced by opposing massage balls 3 in the air massage device.
