SINKING METHOD OF UNDERWATER STRUCTURE AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinking method of an underwater structure capable of sinking the large underwater structure at a comparatively small water depth area by a small facility, simply and at low cost. SOLUTION: A plural number of slender shaped buoyant bodies 2 a lower end of which is in a connected state with an underwater structure 1 in a state where the underwater structure 1 to be sunk is at specified setting position of a water bottom, an upper end of which has certain length on a water level and having buoyancy to float the underwater structure 1 is used. The structure 1 is sunk by installing the buoyant bodies 2 at required points of the underwater structure 1 longitudinally respectively free to slide in the vertical direction, sinking the structure 1 by relatively moving the buoyant bodies 2 in the vertical direction against the structure 1 or installing one end side of each of the buoyant bodies 2 free to revolve through a horizontal shaft and revolving the buoyant bodies 2 longitudinally from horizontal arrangement.
