PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a further improved electrical connection as well as a higher number of cycles and operating life. SOLUTION: Conductive contact pieces 20, 21 mechanically and conductively couple with metal coated strips 28, 29 of the surfaces 12, 13 of an actuator body 11 via a brazed portion 27. The expansion of contact pieces 20, 21 provides adaptation means 24, 25 for adapting to the sizes of extension and shrinkage of the actuator body 11. These adaptation means 24, 25 are deformable materials, comprise laminated matters of a plurality of wire materials and a plurality of highly elastic coats, and contact pieces 20, 21 hardly create mechanical stresses in the expansion and shrinkage of the actuator body 11. As a result of this, electrical contact connection of the piezoactuator can be positively guaranteed, and is superior providing high reliability and a high number of cycles. |
