PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enable a change of scopes during operation and prevent unwillingly making the scope unclean during change of the scope. SOLUTION: This instrument comprises a first light guide 71 to irradiate an operation part, an objective optical system, a lens system 70 as a photographing optical system to take a picture of an optical image from the objective optical system, and a second light guide 45 to supply illumination light to the first light guide 71. In this case, an adaptor 65 as a connection means to contactlessly and optically connect the objective optical system to the lens system 70, and the first light guide 71 to the second light guide 45 respectively is provided.
