PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isocyanurate modified polyurethane foam having excellent flame resistance, compression strength, and dimensional stability, even when high curing speed is required, and a flame resistant insulation panel therewith. SOLUTION: This polyisocyanurate modified polyurethane is obtd. by reacting, at least in the presence of a catalyst and a foaming agent, a polyol component containing an aromatic polyesterpolyol (component A) and a polyetherpolyol (component B) with a polyisocyanate component. The component A contains a condensed polyesterpolyol (component A1) with an acid component of orthophthalic acid, and the component B has not less than 6 functional groups, and a mixing ratio by weight of the component A and the component B (component A/component B) is 60/40-90/10. |
